Refund policy
Return Policy – 14 Days
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
If you wish to make a return, please note the following conditions:

Verification Process: All returned items will undergo a new quality check to verify their authenticity and condition.

Counterfeits: If the returned item is found to be a counterfeit, the customer will be notified, and no refund will be issued. The item will be destroyed.

Damages: If the returned item has unreported damage, a refund will not be granted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
