Shipping policy

Transport and Security Companies
Shipments will be handled by certified transport companies such as DHL, SEUR, and UPS, ensuring maximum security and reliability. All shipments will be secured and include a tracking code so that the customer can check the status at any time.

Shipping Coverage and Costs
We ship throughout Europe and the rest of the world using certified transport services. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart upon entering the postal code before payment.

Approximate Shipping Rates
€10 (VAT included) – Deliveries within Coruña.

€20 (VAT included) – Deliveries within mainland Spain for items valued up to €199.

€25 (VAT included) – Deliveries within mainland Spain for items valued from €200.

€30 (VAT included) – Deliveries within the European Union.

€40 (VAT included) – Deliveries to the United Kingdom.

€50 (VAT included) – Deliveries to the rest of the world.

Delivery Times
DHL Express: 24 to 48 hours within Europe and the rest of the world.

Hand delivery in La Coruña: Same day (within 24 hours).

Order Receipt
The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the item upon receipt. If the package shows visible damage, the Customer must:

  • Make the necessary reservations and complaints to the carrier or refuse delivery if the damage is significant.

  • Send such complaints to the carrier via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within three (3) business days of delivery.

  • Send a copy of the claim to ReWear for processing.

Return Policy and Shipping Costs
In the event of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
